Matt Fradd is a Catholic apologist and speaker, as well as the executive director of The Porn Effect, a website dedicated to helping men and women break free from pornography. He is the author/editor of several books including, 20 Answers: Atheism and Delivered: True Stories of Men and Women Who Turned from Porn to Purity. Matt speaks to tens of thousands of people every year. He lives in Georgia with his wife Cameron and their four children.
DR. SCOTT POWELL

Dr. Scott Powell is a teacher, theologian, author, and the director of the Aquinas Institute for Catholic Thought, an outreach to the University of Colorado in Boulder. Scott has spent the last decade speaking, and teaching theology and the Scriptures to groups of all ages. He and his wife Annie are the founders of Camp Wojtyla, a Catholic adventure program for youth, based in the Colorado Rockies. Scott also co-hosts and produces the popular Catholic podcast, “The Word on the Hill with the Lanky Guys”, has appeared in numerous Augustine Institute Studio productions, including, Symbolon, Beloved, Reborn, YDisciple, and the Opening the Word series, and has been featured on EWTN, Catholic Answers Live, and numerous other Catholic outlets. He holds a PhD in Catholic Studies from Maryvale Institute/Liverpool Hope University in England. Scott, his wife Annie, and three children live near Boulder, Colorado.

 

 

JULES MILES

Julianne Miles received an Undergraduate degree in Theology from Mount St. Mary’s University in 2007 and a Masters in Theology from the Augustine Institute in 2010. She has been featured in a variety of Augustine Institute productions, including YDisciple, Opening the Word, and Forgiven. She lives with her husband, Ryan, and their four sons in Littleton, Colorado.

 

MARY POLLICE

Mary Pollice has a wealth of experience in the work of evangelization. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and a minor in Education from Franciscan University of Steubenville. She has served as a Catholic school teacher, a Children’s RCIC Coordinator, a Creighton Model NFP practitioner, and a Parish Religious Education Catechist. Mary resides in Highlands Ranch, Colorado with her husband, Lucas, and their six children.

 

 

CHENELE SHAW

Chenele Shaw, a Youth Minister in Denver, has a passion for sharing the truth of Catholicism with youth. Originally hailing from the great state of Florida, she attended Ave Maria University where she graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Theology. She has taught at the high school level in New Orleans, and is excited to now be settled in the Rockies to further her work of evangelization.

 

FR. JOHN RILEY
Father John Riley is a priest of the Diocese of Arlington, Virginia on loan to the Archdiocese of Denver to serve as Chaplain and Professor at the Augustine Institute. Father Riley has a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Notre Dame and three Masters’ Degrees; in Divinity and Theology from the St. Charles Borromeo Seminary in Overbrook, PA; and in Catechetics from Notre Dame Pontifical Catechetical Institute in Arlington, Virginia. He has served as a Chaplain and Professor of Sacred Scripture at Christendom College and in parishes of the Arlington Diocese as Pastor and Parochial Vicar. In Denver, aside from his service to the Augustine Institute, Fr. Riley has taught Spiritual Theology at St. John Vianney Seminary, has offered courses to and through the Denver Biblical School and Catechetical School, has worked with the leadership of Endow, and coordinated staff formation for the counselors of Camp Wojtyla. He has also offered courses, retreats, and days of recollection for a number of parishes, as well as for Catholic Charities of Central Colorado, Christ in the City, the Fellowship of Catholic University Students, the Denver Archdiocesan Communications Office, the Carmelite Nuns of Littleton, and the Poor Clare Nuns of Roswell, New Mexico. Fr. Riley’s primary effort is rooted in the hope of seeing the full flower of the New Evangelization firmly grounded in the Heart of Catechesis – Jesus Christ.
